When courses are scheduled in the same slot, students can take only one of them.
The periods are:
- P1: starts 15th of September, 2025
- P2: starts 17th of November, 2025
- P2.5: a Polytechnique-specific time period that happens January-March, 2026, and overlaps with P2 and P3
- P3: starts 9th of February, 2026
- P4: starts in April, and is usually used for internships
The vacation periods are:
- from October 27, 2025 to November 2, 2025
- from December 22, 2025 to January 4, 2026
- from March 2, 2026 to March 8, 2026
- from April 27, 2026 to May 3, 2026
Students of the second year (M2) are not concerned by the last two periods of vacation, as they usually do their internships during this time.
